Abstract
The research analyzes the necessity of permanent education of the professionals of nursing of a Neonatal UTI with sight the reorientation of the job. The study is qualitative, exploration and of partner-poetical boarding. The citizens are the professionals of nursing of the UTI Neonatal of a University Hospital of the city of Vassouras/RJ. The expectancy with the research is to elaborate together to the nurses of the investigated service a program of permanent education.
