Resumo
Objetivo: Descrever o desenvolvimento, a arquitetura e a construção da base de conhecimento de um sistema de regras computacionais para apoio à decisão no Processo de Enfermagem em Cuidados Paliativos Oncológicos. Método: Relato de inovação tecnológica norteado pelo SQUIRE 2.0, referente ao desenvolvimento iterativo e participativo da plataforma PaliPEV em ambiente low-code (AppSheet®/Google Sheets®). A base de conhecimento foi elaborada pela Comissão do Processo de Enfermagem ao longo de 11 reuniões técnico-científicas, fundamentando-se nas teorias de Horta e Kolcaba e em uma dissertação de mestrado. Definiram-se 31 diagnósticos da NANDA-I alinhados aos resultados da NOC, intervenções da NIC e prescrições, além do uso das escalas de Braden, Morse, Karnofsky e da Escala de Avaliação de Sintomas de Edmonton. Estudo aprovado por Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa. Resultados: Após auditoria, identificaram-se 36.448 Processos de Enfermagem válidos distribuídos em 3.193 prontuários (matrículas), com 71.969 associações automáticas e completude da taxonomia NANDA-I superior a 99,7% nos três cenários avaliados. A estratégia foi complementada pela plataforma PaliEducativa (35.876 acessos; 2.280 certificados emitidos), permitindo à instituição alcançar a certificação Ouro em programa de qualidade do Processo de Enfermagem. Conclusão: O desenvolvimento iterativo, fundamentado em bases teóricas e dados empíricos, mostrou-se viável para o apoio à decisão no Processo de Enfermagem em Cuidados Paliativos Oncológicos, apresentando potencial para aplicação de aprendizado de máquina.
