Resumen

Objetivo: Describir el desarrollo, la arquitectura y la construcción de la base de conocimiento de un sistema computacional basado en reglas para el soporte a la toma de decisiones en el Proceso de Enfermería en Cuidados Paliativos Oncológicos. Método: Informe de innovación tecnológica guiado por la directriz SQUIRE 2.0, referente al desarrollo iterativo y participativo de la plataforma PaliPEV en un entorno de bajo código (low-code, AppSheet®/Google Sheets®). La base de conocimiento fue desarrollada por la Comisión del Proceso de Enfermería a lo largo de 11 reuniones técnico-científicas, fundamentada en las teorías de Horta y Kolcaba y en una tesis de maestría. Se definieron 31 diagnósticos NANDA-I, alineados con resultados NOC, intervenciones NIC y prescripciones de enfermería, sumados al uso de las escalas de Braden, Morse y Karnofsky, y al Sistema de Evaluación de Síntomas de Edmonton. El estudio fue aprobado por un Comité de Ética en Investigación. Resultados: Tras una auditoría, se identificaron 36.448 Procesos de Enfermería válidos distribuidos en 3.193 historias clínicas (registros), con 71.969 asociaciones automáticas y una completitud de la taxonomía NANDA-I superior al 99,7% en los tres escenarios evaluados. La estrategia se complementó con la plataforma PaliEducativa (35.876 accesos; 2.280 certificados emitidos), lo que permitió a la institución alcanzar la Certificación Oro en un programa de calidad del Proceso de Enfermería. Conclusión: Fundamentado en bases teóricas y datos empíricos, el desarrollo iterativo demostró ser factible para el soporte a la toma de decisiones en el Proceso de Enfermería en Cuidados Paliativos Oncológicos, mostrando potencial para la aplicación de aprendizaje automático.
