Abstract

It is an exploratory descriptive study with a quantitative approach, with the following objectives: - Analyze the influence of tuberculosis in a hospital environment based on the perception of the nursing crew that deals with the risk of infection in a College hospital in Rio de Janeiro; describing the frequency of lung tuberculosis control mechanisms in nursing professionals; identify the mechanisms of control of tuberculosis related to biosecurity, within a College hospital in the city of Niterói, RJ, Brazil. the ethic aspects will be respected, according to Resolution 196/96.
