Placer y sufrimiento en la formación de médicos en enfermería: un estudio descriptivo

Resumen

Objetivo: revelar las situaciones de placer y sufrimiento en el proceso de formación de médicos en enfermería. Método: estudio descriptivo, con enfoque cualitativo, cuyos datos fueron recolectados con 16 estudiantes de doctorado de Programas de Postgrado en Enfermería de universidades públicas del sur de Brasil. El análisis de contenido se utilizó para organizar los datos y la psicodinámica del trabajo como marco teórico. Resultados: el placer estuvo relacionado con la mejora científica, el doctorado sándwich y las relaciones interpersonales, especialmente con el supervisor. El sufrimiento se produjo debido a la productividad académica, la relación frustrante con el orientador, los gastos generales derivados de la reconciliación de doctorados, la vida laboral y personal, y los gastos relacionados con el curso. Conclusión: el proceso de formación de médicos estuvo impregnado por la dialéctica de los sentimientos de placer y sufrimiento.
