Resumo

Critical analysis of the interaction process in the nursing areas to develop a concept. Reflective study based on the wilsonian method of conceptual analysis. We analyze critically ten articles regarding the interaction process to identify the essential and non-essentials concept characteristics. The results were presented in accordance to the steps designed by the method. The essential characteristics were, as follows: interest, attention, sensitivity, wills, comprehensive language and communication between the involved ones and with the self. There was only one non-essential characteristic: the non-interaction. The Wilson method enables the discovery of the essential concept elements in order to let it clear, besides being efficient and of friendly use.
