Resumo

Transversal study, analytical, of the “ex posto facto” type. It will be made with 300 elderly (250 that make voluntary work and 50 that do not make). It has the objective to investigate the quality of life and the health of elderly that make voluntary work, correlating with the elderly people that do not make voluntary work. This research is a project of the Nursing School of the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
