Resumen
Critical analysis of the interaction process in the nursing areas to develop a concept. Reflective study based on the wilsonian method of conceptual analysis. We analyze critically ten articles regarding the interaction process to identify the essential and non-essentials concept characteristics. The results were presented in accordance to the steps designed by the method. The essential characteristics were, as follows: interest, attention, sensitivity, wills, comprehensive language and communication between the involved ones and with the self. There was only one non-essential characteristic: the non-interaction. The Wilson method enables the discovery of the essential concept elements in order to let it clear, besides being efficient and of friendly use.Esta obra está bajo una licencia internacional Creative Commons Atribución 4.0.
