Abstract
The aim of this article was to analyze the nursing diagnoses present to patients with traumatism in the postoperative of surgeries in inferior members. The approach was quantitative, descriptive and exploratory. They were evaluated 37 patients of a Fortaleza's Hospital. The data were collected by means of an instrument with opened and closed questions being focused only the activity / exercise class of the activity / rest domain of the NANDA's Taxonomy. We obtained a masculine predominance with 83,8% with average age of 33,8 years. Careers linked to the transport presented trauma occurrence larger proportion 16,7%. The internment time of patients had an average 25 days. The femur was the location most fractured with 56,8%. Impaired mobility physical it presented in 100% of the sample and Impaired transfer ability in 86,5%.
