Resumen

Objetivo: Analizar la estructura de la red de síntomas de burnout en trabajadores de enfermería brasileños. Método: Estudio transversal con muestreo no probabilístico. La muestra incluyó 3594 enfermeros, técnicos y auxiliares de enfermería, y la recolección de datos se realizó de forma remota. Los síntomas de burnout se evaluaron utilizando el Burnout Assessment Tool – Versión General. El análisis de datos se realizó por medio de la técnica de análisis de red, empleando correlación parcial y método de regresión Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO). La centralidad de los nodos se estimó utilizando indicadores de fuerza, proximidad e intermediación, y la estabilidad de la red se evaluó utilizando el coeficiente de estabilidad de correlación. Resultados: El análisis de fuerza de centralidad identificó "me siento tenso y estresado" y "tengo dificultad para concentrarme" como síntomas centrales. Los índices de intermediación y proximidad mostraron "siento ansiedad y/o sufro ataques de pánico” y "me siento tenso y estresado" como los síntomas más relevantes. El coeficiente de estabilidad confirmó la estructura de la red. Conclusión: El análisis de red nos permitió identificar los principales síntomas de burnout entre los trabajadores de enfermería brasileños y reveló objetivos estratégicos para orientar acciones que promuevan la salud mental de estos profesionales.
