Reflecting about the integrality in the nursing care. A bibliographic study

Abstract

This article aimed to make some reflections about the integrality in the nursing care practices in nurse’s routine. The big challenge of the health services, after SUS implementation, became the overcoming of old paradigms and the competence in integrating individual and curative actions with collective and preventive actions. It is nurse’s duty to participate in the discussions and changes of those actions, searching for the effective integral health assistance.
