Resumo
Objetivo: Descrever as práticas e estratégias de acolhimento aos usuários em processo de adoecimento mental desenvolvidas na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial. Método: Estudo descritivo, exploratório, qualitativo, realizado no período de dezembro de 2017 a fevereiro de 2018 com 10 profissionais de saúde dos serviços da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial de um município do Estado de Pernambuco. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevistas semiestruturadas, observação não participante e registros em diário de campo e analisados segundo a análise textual discursiva. Resultados: As práticas de acolhimento predominantes foram a escuta qualificada, o estabelecimento de vínculo e o diálogo. Evidenciou-se consonância com a Política Nacional de Humanização e com o modelo de atenção psicossocial. Conclusão: A formação permanente permite que não sejam reproduzidas práticas vinculadas ao modelo biomédico. As ferramentas de escuta qualificada e diálogo, são primordiais para conhecer a trajetória do usuário e com isso estabelecer um vínculo com o mesmo.
