Public policies regarding family, institutional requirement from the politics philosophy of Hegel and Marx

Abstract

The study objective was to highlight Hegel’s principles of ethicity, localizing the Family in relation to Civil Society and the State, comprehending Marx criticism on the role of the family and civil society regarding the capitalism state. The authors have gathered themselves in order to articulate the thinker’s content about public health issues, focusing on family’s health, thus disabling thematic complexity discussions, and their use to guide nursing practices under a family health context in multiple aspects. In conclusion, whether families and civil society are constituted of a varied of members and whether the State would determine the quality of the family and the civil society, Public Policies should be implemented to build a society which can afford values of public responsibility, and social goals defined by government responsibility.
