Abstract
The text describes a collective and participative construction of a methodological and theoretical model about the nurse’s management, which resulted from a teaching internship with students of a course in Nursing Management, using Paulo Freire as a reference. The teaching/learning process, based on dialogue and on horizontal relationships, fostered the interaction and construction of self-knowledge of both types of individuals involved in the educational process. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
