Abstract
Article with the purpose of motivating the reflection about the need for changes of the model of attention to the health in Brazil, in the perspective of the inclusion of the subjects of the mental health in the strategies of the Unique System of Health – SUS, what means the effectuation of the Psychiatric Reform proposal in the country, starting from the work to produce mental health in which we detached the necessary changes in the process of work of nursing in the family health program.
