EDITORIAL
Expresses the policy and philosophy of the OBJN and points to emerging areas that deserve reflection by the scientific community. Editorials may be requested from researchers at the invitation of the Chief/Deputy Editor and should address current topics.

ORIGINAL ARTICLES
These are quantitative (clinical or non-clinical), qualitative, or mixed-methods studies. All study modalities will equally have space for publication in OBJN. All original research manuscripts must include an introduction with a clear and concise description of the knowledge gap and a clear and concise objective. Theoretical framework or philosophical orientation, typology (design, method, or study design), participants, data collection and analysis processes and procedures, ethical considerations, legitimacy and credibility issues and approaches, findings, and implications of those findings. Clinical trials must be registered on recognized platforms, national (such as ReBEC) or international (such as ClinicalTrials.gov), before data collection begins.

REVIEW ARTICLES
Review studies with high methodological rigor will be accepted in the modalities of systematic reviews, meta-analyses, meta-syntheses, and scoping reviews. These must be guided by PRISMA (Systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses) or PRISMA ScR (Scoping Review) and have their protocols registered in PROSPERO, OSF, or equivalent, available on open access websites. Integrative reviews are accepted on an exceptional basis, limited to two manuscripts per issue.

IMPLEMENTATION, DEVELOPMENT, AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
These are long articles presenting the description of implementation studies, research applied to professional practice, and/or technological innovation development. They must follow the SQUIRE guide and mandatorily contain: background (state of the art or technique), problem (current diagnosis), proposed solution to the problem, technology differential, benefits, technology results, and market potential. This type of article is considered original.

REFLECTION ARTICLES
Academic text that allows authors to express their opinions, ideas, and thoughts on a topic related to Nursing or related fields. It must deeply explore and analyze relevant subjects grounded in concepts and/or theories, offering personal and critical insights. It must contain: abstract, introduction, development, conclusion, and references.

EXPERIENCE REPORTS
Manuscript describing innovative experiences lived in the health area, highlighting the main results for the quality of care, education, and/or research. It must contain: abstract, introduction, method, results, discussion, and conclusion. In this modality, results may be presented together with the discussion.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR
Involves sending comments, questions, and/or critiques regarding published articles. Maximum of one page.
