Stress and coping of nursing team in the breast cancer woman care – preview note.

Resumo

This study has as aim identifies the pointed estressores for the nursing team of the Tocoginecological Unit in the patients' care with breast cancer, as well as knowing the strategies of coping more used by them. It is a descriptive research, of field and with quantitative approach to be developed at University Hospital in the center of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Two instruments will be used: Form for the rising of the adapted of Bianchi daily activities (1999) and Inventory of coping of Jalowiec (1987). The data statistically will be analyzed and the results will allow proposing intervention programs that seek to the quality of those professionals' life in the work.
