Abstract
Quasi-experimental study that aimed at associate the professionals´ influence strategy through the folders pamphlets containing information about the concepts that are associated to the Sentinel Net to the Adverse Events notifications increase. We compare the notification rate /1000 patient-day before the intervention with notifications data received in 2006 and 2007 and after, in 2008, evidencing p < 0,001. There was increase in the notifications related to the Technovigilance and Pharmacovigilance and Risk Process, except in Hemovigilance. We evidenced that the professional improvement, through educative strategies, can modify its culture and consequently, contribute for the given care quality, through the Adverse Events prevention and of its notification when identified.
