Abstract

The present article has for objective to trace some theoretical and conceptual consideration on system of information in nursing, being searched to point out the knowledge base on the evidences of the practical clinic to construct to a model of integrated system the conceptual structures, formed for the combination of three sciences: information, computation and nursing. This knowledge can describe and explain systematically the phenomena necessary to develop a comprehensive system of information that contribute for improvement of the nursing registers and consolidate the mechanism to provide measured basic with costs, quality, access to the care of the patient and result of this care. Therefore, it is ended that the system of information in enfermagem should be structured starting from the integration among the tacit and explicit knowledge
